We believe in nose-to-tail butchery therefore, our venison box includes the whole deer and a little bit more actually because the Sausages and Burgers are made from a separate carcass.
The box includes:
- 1 boneless and rolled haunch
- 1 pack of haunch steaks
- 1 rolled loin joint
- 1 pack of loin medallions
- Diced venison
- Minced venison
- Venison burgers (frozen on delivery)
- Venison sausages (frozen on delivery)

There are many positive reasons for eating CWD:-
Tasty, Tender, Moist (as opposed to other venison which can be dry)
Sustainable, Prolific, Versatile
Also, CWD is not readily available so a great food experience if you haven’t tried it before!
