Literally a Jac in a box, locally harvested from Bedfordshire’s Greensand Ridge.
The box includes:
- Rolled Haunch
- Loin Straps
- Leg Steaks
- Mince
- Diced
- Venison Thyme Burgers
- Venison & Red Wine Sausage
The venison would all be local Muntjac deer – here is a bit more info.
There are many positive reasons for eating Muntjac:-Tasty, Tender, Moist (as opposed to other venison which can be dry)
Sustainable, Prolific, Versatile
Also, Muntjac is not readily available so a great food experience if you haven’t tried it before!
